Your account

You’re responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and the content you upload. You must have the right to share any documents you put on Raiz’d.

Acceptable use

• Don’t upload unlawful content or material you don’t have rights to.
• Don’t use Raiz’d to send spam, malware, or to deceive viewers.
• Don’t attempt to breach security, access other accounts’ data, or disrupt the service.

Plans & billing

Paid plans (Pro, Scale) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices are as listed on our pricing page.

Your content

You own your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, render, and share it on your behalf as you direct (e.g. via the links and data rooms you create).

Availability & disclaimer

Raiz’d is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and secure but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
